Vision Statement

We wish to see Jesus glorified in and through the churches of the world. That all workers would participate actively, become more Christ-like in attitudes, character and vision. That workers would labor to reap and care for the harvest under the direction of the Holy Spirit. That all workers, in the spirit of humility and service, would flow together in unity and purpose to fulfill the vision that God has called us to. To do our part in reaching the last days harvest (at least one million disciples).

To plant fountainhead churches in Guatemala and other countries of the world as the doors open. Definition of fountainhead church: Vibrant local churches in which the flow of the river of God does not stagnate. While new life come in (baby Christians) trained leaders (from musicians to secretaries to pastors to missionaries) are flowing out to reproduce themselves and their ministries. To start a strong model church to serve as the pattern for branch ministries and churches for the future. These churches will reflect the strong model that we have received from our local churches as they fulfill the New Testament pattern. This means we want lively worship services, edifying messages, ministry to children, youth, women etc., and most of all, we need God's presence in our midst.

To establish Schools of Ministry in essential areas of instructional teaching and practical ministry experiences for the national leadership and to equip them to fulfill the vision. To see that the local base churches have apostolic vision and are raising up their own leaders to fulfill the various functions of the Church (pastoring, teaching, counseling, evangelizing, reaching and training people of all ages and socioeconomic backgrounds) as the Lord directs. This includes other vital ministries such as: maintenance, administration, taping, Bible and book stores, ministry to the poor, ministry to the orphans, tract ministry, video ministry, construction etc. That each fountainhead church would be an evangelistic center using such tools as preaching, witnessing, dramas, music, puppets, tracts, evangelistic events and outreaches and other creative forms as the Spirit leads.

To establish one hundred Houses Of Hope worldwide. Presently we have thirty. These are icebreakers to closed access nations and a fulfillment of our James 1:27 mandate, "pure religion is to take care of the widows and the orphans". That the strengths of each of our ministries have received form the Lord would also go over the wall to bless other churches and other groups. This can happen through counsel, seminars or conferences in such areas as: evangelism, pastoring, worship, church growth, family, leadership, finances, music groups etc.

Missionaries: To be a tool or a catalyst in the motivation, training and encouragement of at least 1000 new missionaries getting on to the field in our lifetime, should Jesus tarry. This means we wish to have training bases in the USA, Guatemala, and India for the training of missionary candidates in language, culture, and ministry preparation beyond their Bible training school at home. Missionary link with the local church: We wish to provide a bridge to fill the gap between a candidate's local church and his actual full-time planting in his missionary field of service. Many missionaries fail because of this, and many local churches are left in the dark as to their ongoing relationship with missionary, not only in financial areas, but also in spiritual covering, authority etc. We wish to provide an on-the-job language, cultural, family and ministerial adjustment training periods that flows in the same local church principles, worship and relationships.

We seek balance: We wish to remain open, submitted and pliable to adjustments and further vision that the Lord shows us as we go step by step with Him and His body. We want to minimize mistakes, be careful, not burn out, and have our families in order. We do not want to get stuck in ruts that will hinder us, be lazy or be in sin. We want to pray and work while we have the life in us to do it with all our heart, soul, mind and strength, giving our life as a living sacrifice to extend God's kingdom throughout the earth. We want to fulfill the Great Commission to make disciples of all nations, and someday hear those words, "Well done, good and faithful servant."
