Guatemala Mission
People For Missions began as a unreached people church planting endeavor. This mandate took us to eastern Guatemala during the height of the civil war. This war was the longest civil war in history, lasting for 36 years. Our arrival in Guatemala was God's timing for us to be His hands, His feet and His heart to a hurting nation.
Located in Zacapa, Guatemala. This mission is the original House of Hope (Casa De Esperanza). Here we take care of thirty orphans through our model of establishing Christian families and homes. We also minister to the children of Zacapa through Oasis, our private Christian school. We church plant in the unreached remote mountain villages and witness to the Zacapa youth through a program called "Mission Zoe".
Multiple mission teams come on a regular basis to do construction work, evangelism,medical and mercy missions.
